Can any other who did not order the parts I am offering please tell me if they are interested in purchasing or not?

Orders coming in have stop for 3 days, and if no other people are interested, I would like to order them today or tomorrow.

Thanks

Not yet as we need a couple more people, but will be identical with exception of not having kyosho written on it, Oosh123 is like me, very specific on his designs so will be exact but in total carbon fibre.

I think you should buy a lazer zx or zxr and join the club. Put that Durango to one side.

I'm sorry to say I can't order this time round but I am still 100% good to go on the two CF bumpers I put my name down for

I've been reading this topic every now and then, and I'm surely interested in getting hold of these newly designed parts.

However, can somebody make some kind of overview of what's available? Can't seem to find that info, it's spread out on so many pages..

Edited: Sorry, found it now.

Just a thought about the bumper. The original cracked easily as we all know, this super hard carbon will transfer any impacts to the parts its attached to possibly breaking somewhere else. Just woundering if we'll be breaking chassis's instead of gearbox and bumpers now.

I remember my old ZXR. I bought it way back when they first came out as a kid upgrading from my Pro-Cat to this. Over the years I had it I upgraded it a lot, FibreLyte's 'V' chassis where the cells wherein a V format and moved 5mm back towards the motor to balance the car better. Carbon top deck and towers, the ball-raced nylon C-Hubs and some nylon wishbones I got from a team driver. Ballraced steering nylon arms and the ballraced steering link to (think it just had metal bushes in the kit one). Used to also run the Parma TomCAt (was it TomCat or TopCat??) body shell as it was lower and sleaker than standard plus one of those moulded mings too with the wing mount run in the lower hole to bring the centre of G down.

I also had a second ZXR which I had setup for touring. Custom towers with Schumacher micro red shocks. Chassis drilled and milled to lighten it along with a drilled out gearbox and motor mount too.

Used to love that car, sold it all when i gave up racing at 18. I put the off-road ZXR up for sale when i decided to let it go and it went within 5 minutes ! Shows what a car this was.

Good to see some nice one's on here still.

Im buying mine for show especially when Jimmy Oople is nearby so I can get a pic of it on this site, however I would guess you could buy a spray of some kind to protect the CF so like put a glaze onto it to add protection. I really am unsure but would think its going to be stronger than the original.

I doubt it will break the chassis or anywhere else, as the impact if head on would bend the chassis anyway even if using the standard bumper, but will break if like mine you hit a wall flat out, as my chassis and top deck snapped.

Cheers, well now you can save up and get one again, and upgrade and like me relive the 80's and 90's again. Im still racing mine and shows how good a car it was and still is.
