If your star rating drops below 4.5, all your items fall off the search pages
Give her loads of 1 stars as well, I sold loads of 99p stuff this week, even a new set of 3 racing ZX5 wheels/tyres, I still posted them off, a bid is a bid.

Well I got an email back from Ebay and pretty much copied, pasted and altered it a bit for my reply to 'emma':


"Hello Emma,

Unfortunately if you the seller refuse to sell the item, even though I won the auction, you are breaching Ebays Seller Non-Performance policy. Yes I second that. Paste the link up and then we could all ask her if she would sell them worn and unwashed, so we can sniff them. Ha ha.
