Hi Ashley
If you are talking of the F345's at coventry?
Camping is via Bill Harlow or myself, the gates will be open from 2pm on the friday and please arrive before 9pm.
The grass car park area trackside has been extended to cater for extra caravans and campers

pre book and pay on the day,
plenty of space for camping, we do need numbers for caravans to allocate the pitches.
pm or email bill harlow or myself

Hi Mark, I'm popping down for the weekend and hoping to be at Cov for 7pm at the latest but there is a possibility I may not make it until 10pm + (work commitment), is this going to be an issue?? I know there may be other guys who have to travel far that may be in the same boat.

well maybe they can do what alot of clubs do and have someone there with a key who can open it up for late arrivals ...
seems a reasonable request to me ...

I thought Mark A. camped over last year?

Are you sure of your facts and timings about last year. I seem to recall we watched England lose at Rugby in the World Cup, and there quite a few from the Rugby club in the bar.

I will be on site all week end for any enquiries.
we try and keep the gates closed for security reasons at night.
anyone who turns up late will find me in the bar after 9pm friday night.
its gets very dark on site so putting a tent up is not easy.
the gates will be open from 7am saturday and sunday morning.
food and drinks will be available 8.30am till 2pm.
bar will be open friday and saturday night.
toilets in the club house.
If i have missed anything please ask.

Cheers.
