Default :( Anti squat

Ok I've got to admit this is beginning to fry my head, ot helped by how much of a pain it is to take the back end of the H2 apart, but could someone please put up some pics of how to get the different degrees of anti squat, thanks.

Easiest thing to do is put the thickest spacer at the front then I have ditched the kit spacers and used washers to adjust the rear arms, I also put a tiny amount of thread lock to hold them in place while building it,
