Andy,

Thanks for that, however....

Lipo’s will not be allowed in the 2wd, 4wd or 540 championship nights as they are run to BRCA Rules
posted back in September.

I was asking if anything had changed since the BRCA AGM???????? or do you have to wait until April 2009??

There won't be a championship night on the 8th, there may or maynot be ovalracing followed by trackbuilding, we need plenty of members to help build the track for the following day please then we can all go home earlier

Ok, so now i'm confussed. please help.. as a noob and non member(soon to join). what is happening on the 9th? is there racing on the 8th? Oval ? er? Also BRCA membership... i dont have yet but is it best to wait till renewal time.. is that january?
I know i'm still at the bottom of the learning curve, lack of skill and overgeard car resulting in blown up speedcontrol I'm sure you all noticed the smell (which incidentally was just blown FETS so i fixed it) I'm keen to learn and improve.

Cheers

Matt

Hi mate,
on the 9th there is the first round of the NE Indoor Series, held at the YORCC club.

so, on the 8th track building (for the 9th) will take place after racing. To save time etc. we normally run an Oval track on the night before the indoor series event. It just means a big track doesn't need putting up and taking apart before track building.
hope that makes sense?

There was a thread about BRCA membership somewhere, i'll find it and post a link in a bit.

HTH,
Andy

Membership needs to be renewed or join in the next two weeks if you want to be part of the club championship rounds, you can come to the club without a brca membership for the first 2 times then you will need to get a BRCA membership and also join the club to save £££ and support the club

Hi Pete.
I don't know for sure I'm afraid, but I think it will be 2WD champ night tonight due to the regional last week.

Is anyone planning to run trucks tonight?

4wd champs night was on saturday because of the york regional a few weeks ago the champ nights had to be moved back by a week so it's back to a normal club night this saturday
