Speaking from a purely selfish/occasional race control point of view I'd like to avoid running such things - it's hard enough to get people to turn up early enough to get a good amount of racing done without having to setup a special heat with only 5/6 cars in.
Not upto me though...

col stop being a spoil sport somtimes there is only 5 / 6 in certain heats running 1/18 would bring new/more members to the club so to me its a big thumbs up

more drivers equals more money for the club and to be fair numbers havent been great over the past few weeks
1/18 are becoming more popular and a bit extra work on computer isant going to hurt anyone its not like the track has to be altered
and if i got showed how to work computer i would have a go

Its great to see the interest in micros spreading further "up north"

Since this Saturday is a club night and not a points night, if enough of you bring 1/18 th we can run a heat. Depending on numbers there may be 540 class cars in the same heat. Hope to see at least 6 cars on the grid tomorrow !!

Mike

col carnt belive you make a song and dance about micros turning up and dont show yourself !
more would have been there if it hadent been for your stupid messeges on here
Derek Bradby - Chairman , Simon Major - Secretary , Mike Cockrill - Treasurer/Memberships and me commity member and the rest of the commity that was there had no problems micros running
and made us all welcome and been told they are welcome back
so if you havent got anything productive to say about the club i would'nt say anything
york is an off road car club and dosent specify which class and the main thing is its a FUN club , which you seem to be missing
SO ALL MICRO/BUGGY DRIVERS WILL BE MADE WELCOME

One thing that needs to be sorted out is the track building. Once again it was down to a handfull of us to start building the track while everyone else sits watching and waiting to practice

Bring back the rule that if you help with the track you get the practice, no track building, no practice.

I'm not always there to put everything away but I'm nearly always the first there and the first to start the track.

Appart from that it was a good night .

My apologies for not helping last night but i was sorting me new car out, but it has always been the same. In the summer months i have built the track on my own before. Anyway the tracks look loads better when i dont build them lol

The little cars looked well last night, coped with the big jump more than i expected.

+1 from me.
We are there to race our cars, we cant do that untill the track is built.... The sooner it is built, the sooner we can race. And may even be able to get 4 rounds and a final.

I thought they was pretty good, but my jumping can be random at times. Its a shame we can fit a couple of lenghts of ply board in the back of the trailer, should be able to make more consistant jumps then.
