Default dex210 turnbuckles.

Hi,
im sure this has come up before but hopefully someone can help me. Having trouble with weak turnbuckles and ends on my 210. they either pop off or pull out the ends. Anyway was wondering If anyone had some info on how to overcome this by maybe using different ends/balls or in fact the entire turnbuckle setup from a different make car?

Im new to offroad so im abit green, but few guys up my club have said durangos are renown for having this problem so I assumed some one out there somewhere has improved it somewhat.

thanks guys

steve

You can do a simple mod using associated metric ball studs and rpm cups.
There's a couple of threads on here with a list of part numbers, I probably posted them!

I'll have a search and post a link.........

BTW, the latest Durango (x-type?) ball cups are meant to fix this issue, but I'm all stocked up on rpm/ass parts so haven't tried them.

Looks like I've not actually posted the 210 list yet. Unfortunately, it's in a note pad at work.

If you can find the 410 listing and both manuals (on the TD site) It's easy enough to work out.
