Default Help with speed passion GT2.0 pro

Hi there

Recently got a GT2.0 with the LED smart box. how do I connect this upto pc to update/set up ESC? do I need the LCD box or can it still be done somehow? Also what firmware from the website needs downloading?

Tried everything and its not working.

Many thanks

Dave

Get the hobby wing professional 2 in 1.
It's cheaper than the speed passion one, and you can turn it into a speed passion with a firmware update

You can use the led box, but only for programming.
Not firmware. And once you've updated the firmware, I'm not sure if you can use the led to access all the settings.
I'd have to double check tho

Best thing to do

Go to http://www.giantshark.co.uk/hobbywin...-p-403901.html

Install the sp software from the speed passion website and update the the program box to a sp one

Cheers looks like ill have to do this as I'm wrecking my head trying all the methods for programming.

I have tried the instructions on how to do it with holding the set key but it just flashes 3 times green then that's it...nothing else :-(

How do you add the speed passion software to the hobbywing box?

Have a look at the downloads page on the speed passion site, once you've downloaded, un-zipped and installed. You then just follow the instructions. (Think the instructions are with the lcd card, if not, check the instructions page on the speed passion site and download from there!) It's just a matter of pressing the right button while you plug it in to your pc iirc.

Just tried my old led program box (had to find it first!) and it doesn't work at all!

Now I know.

(I'll stick with the lcd one!)
