Jimmy and Vicky have lives outside of RC, give them a little time and I'm sure they will reply. Both of them are people of enormous integrity, but have very busy lives.

Take a chill pill and I'm sure it'll get sorted in a couple of days.

I have been chasing this order for 3 weeks and been emailing them since mid December, we all have busy lives but as kev says they offer the service and make profit on it so they should be keeping an eye on it, if you bought something from a modelshop online over 4 weeks ago and it had not arrived wouldn't you be chasing it, and getting annoyed if the shop refuses to return an email or contact you or speak to you !!!!!

I can understand you are fed up, jimmy and Vicky are busy and I have noticed their input on here less and less sadly. Keep trying,if not order some from one of the other suppliers and request a refund/cancel the order with Vicky I'm sure there will be no problem and they will understand as with anything if you can't supply an offered service the customer will head else where.

Jimmy and Vicky are naturally very popular here…it's their forum, so any sort of rant will most likely not provide the posts you are expecting if you get my drift

Someone offered you the service on your other thread and there is a young chap (Josh Hardwick) who posted a thread in the rcgraphy section approx. 4-6 weeks ago I think

Here is a link to Josh Hardwick's thread about custom decals
http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=159828

FWIW, I had a very long wait for my stickers from Jimmy and also some periods of no reply, but they did eventually arrive and they are great

John Miller offers a great choice and service http://www.rcsgraphicworx.co.uk/

I have used johns before and they are great

And the chap who offered his services on the other thread who I have not used but I suspect you will not have trouble finding people who have

Or I have just found this thread http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=159828

Not having a go at anyone, but I personally sell items online and just for an example, I just sold 2 sets of diff balls 10 mins ago via ebay, first thing I want to do it get them packaged and ready for shipping first thing in the morning to get them gone, yes I have a very very busy life like everyone else does but it's not the buyers fault my life is busy and that person has paid for a service that I offer, so unfortunately his order is my first priority as he has handed his hard earned cash over to me, but that's just customer service I expect myself so why would I treat other people differently, yes it's 10 mins out of my life but that's what gets people coming back for more, it's like stickers( I'm no expert) but surely someone who does them all the time will have the format and template saved in a programme on a PC, alter the text and hit print and the solvent printer will do the rest, bung them in an envelope and send them with a stamp on, how hard can it be ( if you do them as they come in and not let them mount up as the old saying goes it's easier to cut grass that 2 inches long instead of waiting till its 2 foot long ) ?????, I'm just having a bit rant lol
