Default Ongoing issue with gear coupling

Has anyone had any problems with the coupling between the rear box and the slipper assembly on their Blast? I had it right at the end of last season (July) and haven't managed to fix it, despite dropping in a whole new slipper.

Basically when everything is tightened up the slipper and spur bind up. You can see the centre shaft wobbling as the spur itself moves about.

I think it's down to the 'joint' to the rear gear box. It's a solid coupling and if the shaft from the rear diff isn't 100% true it plays hell with the slipper / spur assembly. The only solution I've found is to keep the grub in that couple loose, but fixed with some threadlock. This does leave play in the system (on purpose) but is better than the grinding and binding.

Anyone else had this?

To be fair, it's one of the few Blast problems I haven't had.
