Default Friday 10th - Vintage Racing!

Round 2 of the vintage series this week, hopefully we'll see Gaz's new Traxxas plus Bill's Lazer (assuming I can get it working!)

I'll be there with an RC10, who else is joining in the vintage fun?

If you don't have an old car then just come and run your modern ones, all the usual classes will be running too.

And last reminder that memberships are due! If you are planning on joining the BRCA and the club then to make sure you get your membership back before the new year you have to join this week!

My work schedules changed again so at this moment im back in...

I havent got time to prep another vintage car though so it will be the Top Force again, but im lending Mike an Astute to run next round so there will be one more vintage racer soon in the series

He's not the only vintage racer on this thread

Can you fly this plane, and land it?
Surely you can't be serious.
I am serious... and don't call me Shirley.
He was ace in police sqad too. At least he made some great stuff before he died.

Police squad...now that's vintage class!

Frank: "Is there a ransom note?"
Ed: "Yes, the butler found it; it was tied to this window and thrown into the rock garden. I sent the note to the lab; they're demanding one million dollars."
Frank: "Why would the lab demand a million dollars?"

Well, rebuilt steering last night, added servo posts as 20 year old servo tape had given up and replaced the servo horn.
Also used countersunk screws on the chassis in place of the normal ones!!
The battery posts have been raised so that the lipos will fit too.

Tonight's jobs are to tighten the front diff & try the electrics out
