Smile Dudley Radio Car Club On & Off Road Winter Series

Dudley Radio Car Club is happy to announce an upcoming winter series with 5 rounds and 3 to count. Our aim is to accommodate both on road and off road together at the same race meeting, with optional sections for jumps that can either be removed or blocked off for the on road cars.

This is a Sunday event that will be run in the big sports hall at DRCC. We will have hot freshly cooked food on site provided by Wendy Foster. There will also be the normal DRCC tuck shop for any sweets, tea & coffee etc.

We are aiming to run three qualifiers and two leg finals for everybody with awards at the end of each round and trohipes at the end of the series for the overall winners.

The 5 rounds are as follows:

Round 1 - October 18th 2015
Round 2 - November 22nd 2015
Round 3 - Decemeber 13th 2015
Round 4 - January 10th 2016
Round 5 - February 7th 2016

The classes we are going to host are:

2WD Buggies
4WD Buggies
4WD 1:18th Micros
13.5 (open) Touring Cars
17.5 (blinky) Touring Cars
21.5 (blinky) Touring Cars
GT12 13.5 1S (blinky) 21.5 2S (blinky)

If there is a class you would like to run that isn't listed then let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Doors open at 7:00 am

Free Practice starts at 7:45 am

Racing starts at 9:00 am

Booking in is either online via our booking in system http://bookings.dudleyracingcarclub.co.uk or by booking in form which is available at the club or Penn Models. Booking in will close on the Sunday before each round.

If you have any questions then please contact Graeme McFarlane, Stephen Cockburn or Roy Kirton.
