Default Shock Protectors

Tomorrow Night will be the first evening with our new surface! We will therefore be very strict on shock protectors. You MUST have a shock protector on your car before you go out for practice.
We look forward to seeing you

Morning

Are mini spikes still the tyre of choice. There was talk that maybe mini pins would be better.

Default New Surface

At the weekend there was talk of the new surface and it was mentioned it was a carpet type material and not our std Astro type?

Is it Astro or Carpet is my question?

I think the surface is the same or similar to the black carpet we currently have on the jumps. As for what tyres well I guess we'll know what's faster later on but minispikes seemed fine on it when it was tested a few months back.

Bearing in mind that mini spike and blocks should be the current control tyre anyway 😉
