Lipo balancing

I recently purchased an Orion IQ605 charger but it came with no balance lead. I'm using LRP saddle packs and they came with a bridging wire with a 2mm socket attached.

I realised I needed a balance charge lead and as I'm using Corally/Banana connectors I ordered one of these: http://www.modelsport.co.uk/logic-rc...products/32574

Unfortunately the white block doesn't seem to fit into the female connection on the charger very well. Are there different types?
