Default Cougar SV Pro pricing???

Just looking on the Schuey website to see if pit towels are back in stock yet (they're not...still ) and noticed that the
Pro kit has gone up to £280 an increase of £40. Anybody know what the logic behind this is? Are they built to order and Schuey want people to buy SV2s instead because at that price it's getting a bit pricey for a 2wd.

The Pro kit has gone up £10.01 since launch hardly unreasonable as this includes the 2011 upgrade. I note the pro kit is now £280 not an annoying £279.99 final Schumacher has realised they are the same number in everyone head.

The S1 is a bargain and I suspect the reason for this is they are using it to get rid of parts they no longer use on other models are small bore socks used on any other model for example.

As Schumacher marketing team are almost certainly at the toy show and they haven't even prepared a press release or fact sheet on the new car. I suspect a discount on this item will be coming certianly retailers will want to sell there SV mk1 stock. If the changes aren't big I suspect Schumacher upgrade the kits before they shipped for example I never saw the Mi4CX going that cheap after Mi4CXL was launch direct from schumacher. Try giving a dealer a cheeky offer.

Don´t expect an upgrade kit as changes are made to 80% of the car.
And the MI4CX is 100 bucks cheaper than the CXL.

So it is!

I suspect no upgrade kit either far to many high value new parts for it to be worth doing I guess.

Front assembly minus front upper gearbox the shock tower has added inbetween holes.
Rear lower gearbox and toe blocks.

A lot of parts have new numbers but only small changes as rear arms with an extra shock hole rear hubs and steering arms are beefed up

Apologies, I'd got it in my head that the Pro was previously £240 hence my surprise it had gone up so much. Guess I'm just not used to how fast prices are increasing now.

That the Schumacher list price, understandably they don't discount a current car and undermine there dealer network. It's around £240 gbp from most retailers if you shop around.
