Would like to say a big thankyou to Schumacher for what has been absolutely top notch customer service. People may have read my other post about the CAT SX3 wheels where I mentioned having small parts issues with the SX3 build. I spoke to Schumacher directly where they not only sent me the replacement parts but extras too! Many thanks guys and after this I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Schumacher kit.

+1 on that, ordered some parts at 8pm on sunday night, paid for normal delivery and received them on tuesday morning - wish other supplies were like this. Keep up the good work

Have been exemplary in not only supplying parts but also with advice and technical help both of their own brand items, and also those they distribute.

Had some teething issues with my first batch Cougar SV and
they sorted me out real quick with the parts I needed.
Even months after the initial purchase they helped me out.
For this reason alone I would gladly buy another Schumacher

Just Another quickie praising the guys @ Schumacher and the system...

Needed some parts for my MI1, checked out the 'exploded view' file on their website, click on the part no. takes you to a web page to order that part, very simple but so clever. Parts arrived by first class post on tuesday having ordered over the weekend.

Other manufactuers please note... but then why would you want anything but a Schumacher !!!
