Massive respect to Tamiya , they got me into this all those years ago.

Circa 1986 , ordered a Grasshopper from my mums Janet Frazer catalogue , paid her up 1.39 a week.

I fitted 4 bearings to the rear axle for 7 pounds!

Then the downward spiral of Visa dom ensued.

Oh yes know that feeling.
M-03 Was my first rc car and my collection is building and not just with Tamiya models.
Just waiting for my VW T1 Bodyshell to come back from being sprayed then it will be added to my indor man-shed. (courtesy of the wife. lol)

Certainly brings back some memories ! My mates older brother had them and we used to go to school on the bus looking at the Tamiya catalogue, it was a like a bible when you were 10 !

Had a Fox and Clod Buster, fond memories

Ah if only my lottery numbers would come up. Like the non box art colours on some on these and notice there are 2 Countach LP5000 versions. I had the black one but loving the yellow one.

Was a Falcon for me, fond memories. Seems that Tamiya and in the UK the shop Beatties was responsible for getting most of us oldies into this hobby.
