Default The best servo tape?

Hi guys, ive been having problems finding a good servo tape.

So i just bought the LAZY RC FATTY SERVO TAPE, LAZY RC SAID: they didn't have the skinny servo tape which i've heard is great.

So the problem i have is : I have stuck it all down, but there is still movement,i just feel its not stuck down properly.

What do you guys use and suggest?

Thanks.

The losi servo tape is excellent. I've got the part number in my pit box. Will post the details tomorrow

Losi stuff Is good. Make sure you clean the surfaces with motor spray so there is no grease etc, any tape should stick well if you do this.

I've used the one Lazy sell for years, I used to use it to stick parts back onto race crash helmets. It needs to settle up for a while before it's really good but I've never had a problem with anything coming a drift.

+1 vote for the Lazy stuff that comes on a red roll.

I always liked the Losi stuff previously but the Lazy stuff is way easier to get of your chassis when you want to strip the car (it is more like a gel tape so you just peel it). Seems pretty strong as well.

Another vote for the lazy stuff on the red roll, keeps everything where it needs to be.

As someone who is 99.9% on the CML/Associated side of the fence this is hard for me to say but...

Losi all the way for double sided tape.

Dont buy the Fastrax pre-cut stuff. It is really terrible. I have used stickier post-it notes.

Depends what you're trying to hold down. If it's an ESC/receiver then a bit of movement won't hurt, it actually helps to cushion the electrics from shocks and vibrations.

If it's anything that's under load, like a servo, then I'd glue it down with Shoe Goo. Zero movement, mega strong, takes a little while to set so you can reposition things, and comes off without leaving a mark when you want to remove it.
