Yes he was running a Cat ! Think this was the first tim Jamie had run outdoors on grass with an electric buggy for nearly a decade ! He ran it at a worksop indoor meeting begining of the year I remember . Just goes to show that talent never fades " as long as the eye sight and arthritus dont kick in ! "

SMD crew on ELECTRIC TOUR ! Swapped 25% race fuel for LRP Lipo power ! Jamie TQ and Win Smee 15th !

" shame on you boys who have been doing electric all summer !!!! "

Just got back from the 345's, had a fantastic weekend, loads of fun
Just a few quick thank you's to Steve and Chris Brooke for use of thier humble abode throughout the weekend, Tony Edvoka for set up help (and well done for winning!) and a big whoop for Mr Holmes for the superb, and i do mean SUPERB quality repair to my pit chair, such craftsmanship is rarely seen these days! .
Sorry (again) to Stu Rand for wiping him out in last qualifying and nearly losing his place in the A final, i thought he was going to stick my transmitter up my backside for that!

Well done also to the young 'uns......Mr Johnson pleeeeease slow down so i can keep up !!!

And ill finish on a health warning to all........... mixed grill makes you fat overnight!

Yeah cheers for that Ben!!! It was ok though I managed to get my arm up just in time and only got a front wheel and partial wishbone to the face!

It was quite funny though and I was so tired after that final, it was carnage!! You did win it in the end didn't you?

How 'bout them apples, indeed!

My brother Ken got that race on video! (the - uh - J Main...) but alas you were out of frame at the time... Congrats to Ben for the clear win - I'm glad to have held onto 3rd after totally blowing an early lead! And extreme props to you for marshalling at the infamous Point 4!

Hey - great weekend's racing. Cheers to all involved!

Ty

Nice pics Ty & Kash not to sure about Bondys & thanks for all your kind comments guys & girls

Cracking weekend, it was great to have this event on my home turf, well done to all the Broxtowe lads, a good team effort and thanks to Paul, Stu, Charlie, John and co, the meeting ran like clock work, as they have done all year.

Big thanks to Tony, you made the meeting what it was for sure, top job on the mic.

Enjoyed both helping out and watching some racing. The guest race was a good laugh, the rostrum took 18 people with ease

Congrats to the winners, Tony & Jamie and all the movers and shakers in the A.

Fingers crossed you guys get to revisit Broxtowe next year. Finally, a big well done Mid East,
