Skyrc problem

Hi guys,
Got myself a toro 160 and a program card but need to download the latest software for the program card to work as it says “connection fail “ when I plug it into the esc.
I’m pretty sure I need to download “skylink” then when I plug the usb cable in with the progcard it should come straight up on the screen,but I’m struggling to find it anywhere !! To be honest I’m struggling with the whole thing at the moment, any help or links would be fantastic as I feel like I’m shooting in the dark at the moment
