Default JC Rulux 1/10 buggy wheels mount type? (Hex or AE style pin)?

Hello,

I want to check out before buying Jconcetps Rulux 1/10 buggy wheels. Do they have 12mm hex mounts??? I couldn't find info about that anywhere, at all...

http://www.rcmart.com/rc-road-rims-j...l?cPath=35_899

It is written, that they are suitable for AE RC10B4. But as far as I know, AE buggy does not use 12mm hex. Instead it uses spacing washer and the wheel pin is directly pushed into the rim.

Since I have Ansmann Mad Rat model and it uses 12mm standard hex, so do these Rulux wheels fit?

Thank you for the answers. Good luck fellows.
