Default kf bodyshell

Next question...is everyone's shell a bad fit? Shell that came in my kit had been drilled a good half a hole out of position front to back, rang shumacher and replacement arrived today, it's a better fit but not great still tight and causing the front to flair open at the chassis. Obviously I can open the holes out a bit more but just wondering if they are all the same?
