Default Charger's what do you use

On the look out for a new charger it's a choice between the Much More CTX or Robitronic overloader. Just wondering how many people if any on here use them and what are your thoughts after using them or if you have had any problems.

Futaba cdr5000. Lots of money, lots of charger.. tells you everything you need to know about all cells. Discharges at silly high amps (if you want) and is a very user friendly charger.
I used to have a ce turbo 35 gfx. This is a bomb proof charger. Works extremley well, but the futaba can tell you information about individual cells as you charge/discharge them, i found this to be the only advantege over the gfx. The ctx is used an awful lot around here (north wales) and i dont reallly know of anyone having any problems with them. I would save my money for a little bit longer and go for something you wont ever have to replace again.... the gfx or the cdr. Hope this helps a little.

I use a LRP Pulsar Competition. Although the case has turned an ugly silver, it is a great little charger. Discharge rate is a little low at 10amps but there reliable, functional and do the job. And you can usually pick up second hand ones for about £80

In Trinidad West Indies, we mostly use the Duratrax ICE. It can also charge LIPO.

If you can afford it- Protrak. Because the software updates are always available this charger will last you an eternity. Plus lets not forget its a British company, a rarity in itself

Duratrax ICE is a very good charger for the money , If you do get one get the optional temp detector its only another $5 i thiink and it allows you to do the 4 step charge mode which is very good indeed it gets more into my cells than my other chargers ever did including a Pro-Trak which went wrong twice

Oh and it does Lipo to

Do not laugh: Victor Engineering super IQ "whatever" I do not remember how many times I up dated it.

I like both Spintec ICC and Futaba CDR but they are too expensive for me now.
