the steel idler gears are a must. Also the alloy gear box tops front and rear. titanium turnbuckles also help as the kit ones can bend a bit.
those are the essentials. some other bits are just bling factor and don't add much in reliability terms

my cat came with the upgraded:steel idler gears and Also the alloy gear box tops front and rear. Do the titanium turn buckles really affect much or it it just for strength?

FAB is nice too.
I use waterproof bearings and ceramic diff balls too. I found the steel idler upgrade to be noisy, even when used with grease. Not as noisy as a Durango but still. Is this normal ? |

my steel idlers are whisper quiet, so it may be the way you have fitted them.
the turnbuckles will add strength as they won;t bend on impact from big jumps. the FAB is only really needed for racing, it would be an expensive upgrade for bashing. Same for ceramic balls, not essential for bashing. you may want a stegger front brace to help support the front inner hinge pins, but i haven;t had an issue with the standard plastic kit mounts yet.
