Smile Team Durango at the Euros 2015, at RHR!

I want to start a thread about TD's cars/drivers for this years Euros, at RHR, were people can talk about the cars, rankings, post some pictures, or may someone from Team Durango can talk about their cars, set ups!?

Chris Doughty's car looked very good, at yesterdays qualifyings, congrats to that!

Hopefully you do well, for todays quallifying and for the finals, too!

Chris won the B final with his car. Excellent drive and car looked composed in his hands. Managed to keep Richard Lowe at bay in second place. A great drive from both.

Might be based on the wide car they ran at the last Worlds, the chassis looked quite wide when Chris binned it a minute or two ago.

Yes, very interesting!

I'm realy looking forward, what is comming up at TD's 10th scale...

Doesn't the rear end look like that one, from the spyshot 2wd car, too?

I like this picture alot!

Motor looked in normal place. They ran saddles with loads of room to position them, but the chassis looked big enough to have a shorty either side, at rear of chassis after motor pod/slipper. Tons of space for motor and radio gear, looked to be the widest chassis I've seen.
Front end look identical to older car, rear end looked different, but I'm no durango expert so can't say exactly what was new.

There were four 4wd durangos running, two were new cars. I didn't see a breakdown for the 2wd entries.

From the pics if the rear and front, looks like Durango have finally listened to what we've all been screaming for! Wider chassis which must have multiple shorty/saddle positions, maybe motor position option too.

Looking at the close up of the rear, they must have dropped the spur mounting down too, as the rear diff looks to by mounted flat and not on and angle to clear the saddles... rear mountable shocks too. The alloy rear parts are nicely finished, don't look pre-production/prototype to me.

I'm sure those in the know are desperate to correct me!

It's a very nice car and any fans of Durango won't be disappointed, it's definitely a step in the right direction.
