Default Team durango desc 210 shock oil

I brought as above a couple weeks ago and I want to replace the shock oil what should I use for the front shocks and what for the rear shocks any help would be good !!

You wont go far wrong with 500 front and 350 rear they are very forgiving.

May have a look at petitrc as well, and see what track comes close to yours?
It depends on your electric to, but there are alot, so you could find a good starting point?
