Default Ultimate 1/10th buggy?

Just a fun thread to see which is the most coveted Buggy
So what is your dream car?
And for what reason?
Reason can be as silly as you like and you can suggest more than one to consider
It doesn't matter as only a bit of fun

I will start with the Mip 4wd RC10! Like this carbon sexy one
http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.ph...=4810&start=15
I've never even seen one
So for that reason and also I have a soft spot for White nylon! It's my era

What will it be?

With air shocks!
I can't see why air shocks didn't become the norm?

Oooh what about a Yz10 / pb maxima / avante etc
Or iconic xx4 / atomic carbon anything cause they look pretty etc
Come on guys

Default hmmmmm

well, I have to say the Pred does look amazing and so over engineered. Its just an amazing buggy to look at with its top off....

ALL Time would for me, be a 50/50 between the Hotshot and the Cat XLS. those being the 1st and last 4wd i had back in the day.....

Now. well........ hmmmmmm, to many to choose from. But love my sx3.

IF i could get a mint original horshot and cat xls for a nice price i would pick them, as heart rules the head lol.......

I`m with you on the Hotshot. Mainly cuz i have one which i recently rebuilt and is now a shelf queen. All original and almost mint apart from driveshafts, which are new Boomers.

The MIP 410 Legend is also my ultimate, I have 2 brand new ones - one of each version, only took 6 years to find them ! Very rare, especially new ones! Also the SWB original cat, but I have a brand new one of those too , infact I'm about there with my collection of about 15 rare cars, all brand new - i'll post a thread sometime, its taken years!!!

My Ultimate has to be the Hirobo Jealousy. Hirobos last buggy and most advanced, only 300 were produced worldwide with only 68 kits leaving the far east. I have quite a few very rare cars in my collection, but nothing that started out as rare as this.

I think a Vega 4wd could look very nice if produced

There is just something about those old Preds though..... RW certainly did a few things right

4WD: I really want to see a Belt-Driven DEX410 - With the mad alu features like the original! If you're talking existing cars, then I'd say DEX410 and Predator.
2WD: Let me think about that, there's many contenders there... Both RWD and FWD...

Hey G
Remember when the pred first came out?
I saw it in rrc magazine and could not believe my eyes
Carbon moulded , rockers , hard wings with aero bits added on the underside
Looked like a space ship
I was giving up racing at that time to discover cars and girls lol
But told my younger brother Lewis to buy one instead of a bosscat
Probably looking back on it it was A bad recommendation for a kid with no income
He loved it

I don't think vega will do a 4wd
I think it's just a 2wd thang!

I sure do, so ahead of it's time, if only RW had made it strong enough from the beginning?

I'll never forget watching Cragg and Bradders destroy everyone at the old Worksop track with them.... until the gears went! lol

They were just awesome on the old grass tracks.

I liked my Pred....when it wasn't murdering crown and pinions, but I digress.

The cars I fancied when I was younger: The Traxxas TRX1, the shocks were meant to be best there were at the time. Jamie Booths Tamiya Manta Ray, cos I had one at the time.

I also used to quite like the YZ10 Super Dogfighters.

Yup, Richard Weatherly

I had a TRX1, it never seemed to go that well tbh, but i had no idea what I was doing really. I do remember hitting the wall at York with it and sheering off all the ali screws that held the front end on and it ending up in two pieces.....
