Default Kyosho outrage advice.

Calling all vintage kyosho fans. I've bought a kyosho outrage to do up. The plan is for my young daughter to learn to drive it with the goal of her racing it at iconic revival next year (2019). It won't be the fastest or most competitive but it'll get her out there with us and it'll save my tamiyas lol. Problem I've got is parts. They seem rare and most on ebay are from over seas with silly postage charges. I've noticed the nitro sand masters seem to share a lot of parts. Does anyone know which parts from the sand masters are compatible with the outrage?
Also can anyone suggest a rear tyre that will fit the rims as the rims are around but not the tyres.
