Default hi

I'd advise you to go to your club and introduce yourself....there is a good chance they'd welcome you..

Otherwise, what do you want to race?

What is your experience?

What is your budget?

These are some of the questions you'd be asked.

Best idea by far. Go down to your local club, see what they run in terms of Car, motors, speedo, cells. You can always come back on here and ask people what they think.

If there more people running one type of car that's always a good starting point as you'll be able to get setup advise and spares if you break something.

Go and see them thats what I did and they were really help full with the advice they gave. Will be joining them soon as I get a car sorted.

They did say to stay away from Ready to runs RTR's as the parts can be a pain to get hold of
look for
brushless (13.5T)
lipo
4wd

something like a cat sx, durango

Good luck
