I'm searching setups for XX4 and XXX-CR for following conditions:
bumpy track and loose surface (hard clay with layer of dust over it)? Bit rutted after practices of 1:8ths.
Carpets on jumps and also in some corners.
Thank you

I've got a good lightweight/lipo setup for basicly the same conditions. The Car weigh just below 1500grams, 10g above minimum

Hi Ottoswe,
I've just converted to lipo, so I would be very interested in this setup, could you post on here?

Thanks

My setup for the Nordic Championship @ Green Hill Stockholm Sweden (Astro Turf). The controll tyres where Losi IFMAR Studs but i tried it on Minispikes and it works rather good.

Default XX4 Stafford Euros winning setup

Hi,

I am looking for the winning setup of Ellis at the Euros in Montigny, near Paris, in 2005. Our next Nats are here.

Hi fellas, I'm new with the 22 but I'd like to stick with a rear motor car, so can anyone suggest me a good setup for carpet with rear motor? Please do not write about it is right or wrong using rear motor config on astro...I simply wanna use rear....Thanks!

Are you asking about carpet (ozite) or astro, and indoor or outdoor ???

Good questions....
In Italy we call it moquette, dunno if ozite, I think it is astro...
and INDOOR, for sure, too cold to race outdoor right now!

While most people on this forum, especially those running indoor on ozite, are running their 22's in mid-motor configuration - so I'd guess you won't find much in the way or rear-motor set-ups (except for on dirt) - I will suggest that you read through the Losi forum here as a lot of people have posted their 22 set-ups, and otherwise you might check out the TLR.com website to see what the team drivers are using.

Good luck

I'v never ran the xx4 on turf. What setup do you run right now. I have both the stock rear end and the cr to choose of.

I've heard from Otto that he's running the xxx-nt pivot blocks with bk2 arms and xxx-cr hubs. I'd think that Darren runs the same.

22-4 setup on high-grip astro: https://simonpublic.blob.core.window...tember2014.pdf

This setup works great for me. For wet, I just change tyres to Ballistic Buggy greens all round (of course inc. 4wd fronts).

Hope that helps.

Simon
