Default wbat diameter are off road tyres?

I ask as I like to bash my 1/8th truggy, but the variety of tyres has dried up and most are now only clay track based tyres. I would like something nearer badlands than holeshots if you know what I mean. So I was wondering if 1/5th buggy/truggy tyres would fit on 1/8th truggy rims, albeit with a little dremel work even. If so, name, price and supplier would be nice.

Ta guys

Don't fret guys, I posted on maxbashing and got a semi sensible answer within about half an hour.

I know width would of course have a larger contact patch but if the tire size was bigger? Im thinking of buying winter tires for my truck, maybe a size up for a different look eh.
