Default speedo set up

can someone help me out at the club am running a orca system vtrec with a 6.5 t and a 18tooth pinny ,but it dont seem as quick as other cars can some one check out the esc for for tuning i must have it wrong

18 sounds a little low for a 6.5t. The internal ratio on the Bmax is pretty similar to the B44 and I tended to run more like 20 with a 5.5t. At Rossendale Marks car ran with a 24t pinion, 81 spur and a 6.5t motor. That was admittedly overgeared but it flew.

had a 21 tooth on originally shall i put it back on,, its the top end speed thats crap, punch is cool

i run a 5.5t with a 20 pinion and 84spur, try 20 or 21 maybe even a 22 pinion, just keep a note of motor and speedo temp,
