Hi i have recently got a AE12R5.1

It has got a 64dp 100 spur on.

I will be running a LRP 10.5t Stock Spec motor.

The tryes will be trued to 44-45mm

Need some more info, is it an X11 or X12, are you running boosted or blinky?
Either way you'll need to ditch the 100t spur and fit an 88 for boosted and something smaller 78-80 for blinky.
As a guide you will be looking to get a rollout around 45mm/rev for boosted and 65mm/rev for blinky and work up from there.

With an 80T spur gear you should get pinions in the range 34 to 44 in order to cover all the likely combinations of tyre sizes and motor timing advance (static, not from the speedo) you might need to use on different tracks.

You'll usually find drivers very happy to loan you a pinion if you need one, so if this seems like a lot of pinions, get 34 to 38 to start with and see how you go from there. HTH
