Default cat sx3 diffs

anyone got any tips on getting the diffs set up correct?

I have done them buy the book and they run too loosei have nipped them up but i'm not confident with them

Ok as I learnt something from what Tom Cockerill wrote a while back on the subject interms of running in. Here is what he wrote:
