*ALL DRIVERS MUST BE PAID-UP BRCA MEMBERS FOR 2013 AND MUST PRODUCE THEIR LICENCE AT THEIR FIRST RACE MEETING. NEW DRIVERS WILL BE COVERED BY THE CLUB’S INSURANCE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 MEETINGS ONLY, AFTER WHICH THEY MUST HAVE A BRCA LICENCE TO RACE.
