Default Tcxx steering issue

I have just built a hb tcxx and the steering turnbuckle is hitting the top deck, I removed one of the 2mm spacers beneath the ball on the crank but when I added the servo and fitted the horn it hits it again and doesn't allow any left hand lock. .. tried fitting a shorter servo horn but now I won't get enough throw to get full lock, any help/advice/ideas would be appreciated how to overcome this ?
