Ballistics work..

Soft compound Dboots might work but I've never tried them myself in the wet..

Post Start time for Regionals

Guys,

Booked into RHR for my first regional in 15 years YAY, but there is no indication of timings. What time does the track open in the mornings etc.

Really looking forward to the event, either wet or dry it is going to be great.

See you all there

Windy

Looking at the forcast for the rest of the week and it looks as if it might be very very wet !

Will the event go ahead whatever the weather ?

Yes it will, friday saturday and sunday don't seem too bad, just drizzle friday and not really much sat or sunday, the track will stand that - also last year we installed drainage in all the 'holes' so we can pump out any standing water.. And the soil at RHR is really sandy and drains very quickly.

Please could somebody (James / Kash / Gemma) advise what time we should arrive each day at the weekend ?

Did NW region last year, and aware that timings might be slightly different here.

Looking forward to it !

Thanks

Default Thought the weather wasn't going to be too bad

Just looked at the weather forcast on netweather.tv It's amazing how it changes. Have been following it all week and it looked like it would be OK for both days upto about 2:00pm. Have just looked at the update as you guys were talking about bad weather and yes it looks bad for Saturday but better for Sunday. Good job it's Astro, it would be a mess on Grass.

The booking in figures look good for both days.

See you all there.
