Sorry to post this but I have been ask by the maritime racing committee

To ask is there still intrest in racing at the new venue that we are building

Please let us know

Ps we are at the club this coming Saturday 28th

Personally i really dont think you need to worry about the level of interest.

Its going to be a permanent indoor venue offering midweek, weekend and practice.

Pretty much everywhere i go now people are talking about when maritime will open.

I wouldnt be surprised if you find numbers are too high if anything.

PS. ill try and get down on saturday

I for one can not wait for the track to open, hearing that you were doing this was what got me back into off-road again. And both my kids want to come down on Saturdays as well to race.

There was a good turn out at the EPR regional this weekend and it seems off road is really picking up again so im sure the interest will be there. And as said in the prevoius post many people keep asking when it will open.

Is there much more to be done? Anything I can do to help during week day afternoons please let me know.

Off road is so much more popular now especially if weekend meetings could be run either on a sat or sun ?

As per Wayne's World 'Build it and they will come!'

Trust me you'll be plenty busy enough! Lots of talk of the new track and when it's going to be open when I go to other meetings.

Quite a few of us from Faversham club have been going to Taplow, Surrey and Hants club etc to have a race on carpet, having this in Kent you'll be well busy!

still interested here, probably more during winter for me but im sure locals will be there all year round!

Don't think because maybe your not getting the amout of people to help build it that you would have hoped for the track will not be a big hit! your in the right area for many drivers to head over to you

For some reason it's always been the way that people are to busy to build a track but once it's done they find the time to use it

. I have found no matter what club it's always the same faces putting in the graft

I would come...but it's a bit of a drive from darkest norfik

Also hats of to you guys, I would be out of puff going up and down the stairs all the time, let alone building the track
