Wicked day today. 70 drivers even with the 24hr on at York! I thought the track was the best yet with the full hall again and a little less going on with the track. Was really drivable and yet still lap times were around 20 secs for the top guys. What were peoples thoughts? Also what did people think of the hot food available?

Here are the videos for the 2 A Finals

Good day on Sunday, really enjoyed it, it was good to have some close competitive racing with 4 different drivers taking TQ in each round in 2wd Spot on

The track helped, the best yet by far! Not one bad word to say about it from me

The food was good enough, kept the hunger away, a nice addition to racing at the venue. More cheese on my tostie next time though please Sort it out Bizzle

Any results?

Adam and I were seriously considering coming to Broxtowe in the afternoon to put a couple of rounds and finals in.. In the end we decided those thoughts were caused by lack of sleep induced madness so just went to bed instead.. but not the same one

Yeah I got caught on those many a time in the last two rounds and the finals, Some times my fault but other times i just got caught on someone who was already stuck and vice versa. In the final my x6 actually got mounted by a B4

I think the cones to stop people cutting the corner were a good idea, but being in the furthest away part of the track and also the lighting in that corner being pretty rubbish (I think most of the light getting to that corner was being blocked by the wall of death?) I was finding it pretty hard to judge.

Other than that the rest of the track was great

Agreed ref cones, maybe if we cut one down to a few inches in height? It would then still act as a good marker and may save people getting completely stuck on it.

I don't think it was the actual cone itself, more the position of it. Was difficult to judge being so far away from the rostrum. Or Maybe its about time I brought some glasses
