Cam someone tell me the parts and part numbers to convert my rat to a x2c, don't need turnbuckles or shocks

Yes have a look on team c website they do
It under 2wd upgrades or look at tcmodels
If that fails ring SMD up

Team C conversion is TU0283 that includes all the bits needed.

Not sure on ansmann numbers without checking the book.

I think I have most of the parts available myself. Except I have a monkey (stick) chassis and no bodyshell (but could get one).
