It was my first time at the Nationals today and only the second time I've raced a truck - but heck it was HOOT.

I really liked the relaxed atomosphere and friendly racing. Appologies to those I got in the way of as I struggled to learn not to push my truck like a buggy.

I might even consider the next round - but it's a long, long way from Southport.

Great event, well done to all the guys at the Broxtowe club for hosting a smooth (and rain free) event

Would like to say a massive thanks to the guys from A1 racing club (Will, Dave and Rob) plus of course the Telstar SC regulars - roll on the next round

Poor Will's truck went through all sorts over the course of the day - but it did look much better in the finals.

Oh and thanks for the body post support Robbie, my super glue techniques weren't working.

Plus on that note I would like to add (I might be wrong), but also a Team C/Ansmann result in the B Final with a 1-2 and a 2nd in the C Final as well!

First time for me with a truck at broxtowe, absolutely loved it good atmosphere and friendly bunch, in particular just want to say thanks to the guy who took the time to explain why my sc10 4x4 had started making a clicking noise, think i over heard someone call him jim? so thanks jim if i'm right and apologies if i'm wrong but thanks very much all the same.

Glad you enjoyed it dude... dirty truckin' rules!

gonna have to start checking for these alleged 'Team C' kit boxes... think their owners are denying the true identity or Jono is paying very well

Excellent weekends racing on a superb track, thanks Broxtowe boys!

My only complaint would be of the 3 drivers who cheated in round 3 of the 2wd A final. Cutting through the pull off section and missing the middle of the track is un-acceptable. I know SC racing is fun and not über serious but when people cheat it puts a downer on the people in the race who are playing by the rules and have paid a lot of money to be their and puts the results into disrepute. This was reported to the race director on the day but I am not sure what was done about it?
