Default Schottky Diode spec?

Hi
Getting my Topcat back up and running with a LRP QC3 esc.
Can anyone advise what spec of Schottky diode should be fitted to the motor?

Thanks

Just to help out Dave, see if you can see a number that looks like 1N****, GA**** or SA**** on the diode itself.

They were supposed to improve brushed motor performance by some electrical wizardry

Never to be used with a reverse enabled esc

It was to prevent back EMF from the motor to the braking FETS - keeping them cooler in the ESC and maintaining braking consistency.
