Default Stock ESC capacitors

Hey folks!

Just picked up a Fox-mini and having a bit of fun with it. I've also got my hands on a Speed 300 for a bit of fun, and I'm wondering what rating the capacitors are on these motors? I was just going to transfer them straight across, but both broke when I was desoldering them.

Any help apreciated.

Mike

...sorry, I'm not much help to your question...
But, which "Speed 300" did you get? The 6V, or the 7.2V? Is it #3306?
I'm looking into trying one of those out myself, if I can find one somewhere here in Japan.

Any other complications you ran into when installing the motor?
Thanks.

Hey!

Sorry for the late response. I got a #3306 Speed 300. It's an amazing motor, I'm very happy with it!

I got mine shipped from the UK. The only downsides would be, that it doesn't have a flat on the output shaft, so I can't use my alloy pinions. I've gone back to the stock plastic pinions, and it's wearing reasonably quickly.

Tyres also wear reasonably quickly
