I was thinking the same. I also remember back then, that the front end would drop and wouldn't stay level or at ride height on the early Top Cats, then it was soon revised on the later Top Cats..........

This was my first real race car back in 1989 and cost me £79.99.....

It soon became a cougar with the conversion costing £29.99 a few months later.......

I still have the photos of it from 1989 when it became a cougar.....

Your challenge should you choose to accept it is to get an original Topcat, and restore it with original parts not re released ones.
