Default Lazer zxr ball or gear diffs

Hi just after some advice, planning to run my zxr at this years revival again, last year I ran ball diffs, but I’ve alsi got a pair of zx ball diffs, just wondered what the difference would be if I was to run the zx gear diffs instead? Anyone tried them?

The ball diffs wear rate is less compared to gear diffs, gear diffs wear rate is a lot more but on carpet is what i liked more but on astro a ball diff would be better suited. Also gear diffs you get a lot of slop and youll need a thick grease packed in as well.
