Guys, ive got the standard kit but what weights do you use? Aluminium or brass front bulkhead or under servo weight or both?

We use a 24g under servo weight and 20g on top of the servo, which seems to work well, std bulkhead.

Potentially you can remove the 20g on the servo and replace with an alu bulkhead and get about the same result, I have moved away from that since the hinge pins seem to get bent more frequently when using the harder bulkhead.

I'm still running the alloy bulkhead and an under servo weight, but greger is right about the bent hingepins, snapped a wishbone a couple of weeks ago. Had to get the BIG tools on it to pull the slightly wibbly hingepin out.

I don't think its actually any more wibbly than it'd be in a plastic bulkhead, its just the the aluminium has less give when you try to pull the pin out!

(I've cleaned the ID out now, so there is a slight clearance. The pins are grubscrewed in, so it won't affect operation.)
