Default AGM?

Does the club have an elected committee and have an Annual General Meeting?
I must have missed last years AGM, and as it's membership renewal time shouldn't we have it in the diary?

I agree , could we not hold one upstairs after a meeting? It would be good to hear people's views on how the club could be improved. We have a lot of regular experienced drivers who travel up,down and across the country to different tracks .

I think all that's left of the committee is Di as Secretary and Steve as Chairman. If I remember rightly, over the years all the other posts have fallen by the wayside as people have naturally left the hobby.

So that must mean that Dianne carries all the responsibility for the club with no " official " support, as Steve ( who has always been excellent when he is about ) is very rarely at the club these days..
Surely Dianne deserves more support...

I'd love to get more involved as I'm sure a few others would. Just to lighten the load on Steve n Dianne and push the club forwards. Gotta be one of the best clubs around, especially as far as attendance goes.

Being back on the road come new year should make it possible too. I'm sure Steve gets up as often as he can, with having a new baby i know its not easy.

We have some good members with a wealth of different skills too, only good can come from an AGM in my opinion
