Hi Kevin,

There will be photos and news posted on www.racewayone.com
Mark Penney, Derek McCloskey, Colin Whelan and myself all travelling.
Really looking forward to it.

If you "like" the Racewayone Facebook page or join the twitter feed the updates will come directly to your phone.

Regards,

Will

Default Mark Penney finishes 2nd in 4wd at the Area 51 GP

Big congratulations to Mark Penney for finishing 2nd overall in 4wd behind winner Tom Cockerill (Team Schumacher). Mark was 2nd in Leg 2 of the A Final and won leg 3 (leading to a big cheer from the crowd)

There will be a full report on www.racewayone.com sometime tomorrow.
There are pictures and times up at the moment.

Other Irish RacewayOne drivers included Derek McCloskey, Colin Whelan and William White.

4wd results:
Mark Penney qualified A3, finished A2
Derek McCloskey qualified C8, finished C8
William White qualified D1, finished D1
Colin Whelan qualified D5, finished D7

Well done all, good results

Well done to all the lads who made the trip over for team Ireland.
Especially Mark who i agree is by far the best driver in All of Ireland.
Surely now a team drive should be in the offering as he has now twice kept up with and beaten the best fairly and squarely at various events.

Lets hope those offers come in soon at least A Team std
Mark Congrats again

Don't think you'll find anyone arguing with that. One of the young lads at the club got a brand new Durango for his birthday last year. But he won't use it, he's still using his b4 because "that's what Mark Penny drives"
