Tires?

I'm showing up tomorrow for my first ever session here. What tires and how new or worn do you guys use? Spikes, minions, staggers for front etc?

Most people run mini pins front and rear, slightly worn are better than new. Some people run spikes as they are abit more fogiving on the gym floor but not as good as pins on the carpet.
