East Anglian GT12 Regionals

We are pleased to announce that the first East Anglian GT12 BRCA Regionals will take place over the summer.

Confirmed dates are:

June 23 - Cambridge RC Club (www.crccc.org.uk). Doors open at 9:30, racing expected to be completed by 3:00pm.

August 18 - Beccles and Lowestoft (www.blrccc.co.uk). Doors open at 11:00, racing expected to be completed by 6:00pm

September 8 - West Suffolk RC Club (www.westsuffolkmcc.com). Doors open at 9:00, racing expected to be completed by 6:00pm.

We are waiting to confirm a July date and if this can be confirmed before the first meeting takes place it will also form part of the series.

Entry fees will be £8 for each meeting.

For each venue, please bring your own mains extension cable. Any 12v batteries used to power chargers etc need to be appropriately housed in plastic, leak proof containers. When attending the Lowestoft meeting, please also bring a folding table and chair.

Rules:
All drivers need to have up to date BRCA membership.
All drivers are expected to pre-book their place at each meeting and provide details of transponder numbers, radio crystals, ability etc. This can be done either through direct contact with each club or through the BRCA booking once this has been set up.
Additives - water based, odourless from the BRCA list (with the exception of CS High Grip that is not allowed)
Construction Rules - as per the BRCA website with the exception that the Mazda shell will also be permitted.

Race format is likely to be three rounds of qualifying and a final. This will, however, depend on the numbers of drivers attending. Timed practice will be used to determin qualifying heats.
